These are our current catalogs:
- Private Catalog (standard; for free)
- Wikipedia / Community Catalog (for free)
- Professional Teams Catalog (Pilot Phase - needs Sponsor plan)
Private Catalog
This is our standard catalog. As soon as you have an account your catalog is automatically a Private Catalog. What does private catalog mean? So in a Private Catalog you can only work with a small team of 10 Members but you cannot set separate permissions nor groups. Also your checklists and all that what you have created is only visible for your team members (not public to others)
So this might be the best way to start and get to know azing. And for sure, it's totally free.
Wikipedia / Community Catalog
The Wikipedia / Community Catalog is the opposite of a Private Catalog. Here everything is public and everybody can see what checklists you have created.
An other difference is that you are able to add Members to your Community Catalog and with that you can give them permission to edit content. So other users are able to join your team and you can accept these requests
So far it is not possible to change your Private Catalog to a Community Catalog by your own. So if you are interested to upgrade just send an email to info@azing.org, mention your account name and what mode you want (public/community, team/professional)
Professional Teams Catalog (Pilot Phase)
This is your Professional Catalog for your Organisation. You can create Groups and set permissions on Folders. You are also able to block some folders completely from reading what makes it possible to work with more confidential stuff.
You can decide, which checklists are public and which are private. You are also able to give complex permissions to your members (Read, Write, Admin).
So far it is not possible to change your Private Catalog/Community Catalog to Professional Teams Catalog by your own. If you are interested in becoming a pilot user, please don't hesitate to contact us (info@azing.org).
