These are our current catalogs:
- Private Catalog (standard; for free)
- Community Catalog (for free)
- Professional Teams Catalog (Pilot Phase - needs Sponsor plan)
This is our standard catalog. As soon as you have an account your catalog is automatically a Private Catalog. What does private catalog mean? So in a Private Catalog you can only work for yourself and not invite other users/team members. Also you recipes and all that what you have created is only visible if you are logged in.
So this might be the best way to start and get to know azing. And for sure, it's totally free.
The Community Catalog is the opposite of a Private Catalog. Here everything is public and everybody can see what recipes you have created.
An other difference is that you are able to add Members to your Community Catalog and with that you can give them permission to edit content.
So far it is not possible to change your Private Catalog to a Community Catalog by your own. So if you are interested to upgrade just send an email to email@example.com, mention your account name and what mode you want (public/community, team/professional)
Professional Teams Catalog (Pilot Phase)
This is your Professional Catalog for your Organisation. You can create Groups and set permissions on Folders. You are also able to block some folders completely from reading what makes it possible to work with more confidential stuff.
So same as Private Catalog nothing is public, but you are able to add Members to your Catalog and give them Permission (Read, Write, Admin).
So far it is not possible to change your Private Catalog/Community Catalog to Professional Teams Catalog by your own.
