Introduction
This is really amazing. In azing you are able to connect multiple checklists to each other. Take a look on the next picture to better understand what i am talking about:
The violet marked Link is a connected checklist. So the "Ask attendees the relevant questions" is a different checklist which is just linked within this one. This gives us a lot of opportunities. If i would create a complete new Checklist for "Plan/Prepare Thanks Giving" i can reuse the checklist "Ask attendees the relevant question". So one time written and you can connect it to everywhere.
And this is how it works
What you need is at least 2 different Checklists (or also one Checklist and one Sub-Checklist). In this example I only have the "Plan/Prepare Diner for X-Mas"-Checklist and will now create a Sub-Checklist which i want to add to the yellow marked position.
At the bottom click on Add and then add sub checklist
Now you are able to create a new Checklist. This box appears and you are able to type in the wished Name and bullet points:
Click save and go back to your main Checklist to connect them. At the bottom of your main Checklist you should now see your created Checklist:
The next step is very easy to explain. Just edit you main Checklist and go to the step 3. Then you should be able to click on this button in the Toolbar and link to the Checklist. To fast? See the next gif to see how this works :).
